Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe

The chinese chicken wings are prepared with soy sauce and hoisin sauce and cooked in the oven. Made with oriental flavors, the chinese chicken wings are also flavored with honey and ginger along with dry sherry. It is roasted with sprinkled sesame seeds on top. Ingredients

 Chicken wings12
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 Dry sherry2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Hoi sin sauce2 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger sesame seeds

Directions

1.
Mix oil, soy sauce, honey, dry sherry, garlic, hoi sin sauce and ginger together.

Pour over chicken wings.
Allow to marinate overnight.

Preheat oven 200°C.
4.
Sprinkle chicken wings with sesame seeds.
5.
Place on Low Rack, cook for 14-18 minutes on HIGH MIX-ROAST 200°C
