 Chicken breasts2
 Cucumber1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger slice2
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spring onion2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Chinese Cabbage1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrots1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Chinese noodles1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

FOR THE SAUCE :- Mix vinegar, water, soya sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and oil as for French dressing and shake it up Boil chicken in water with the strips of fresh ginger.
Cut the flesh into thin slices.
Put a little of the prepared sauce in a bowl.
Put the cooked chicken, noodles and the vegetable in the centre and pour the rest of the sauce over.
Garnish with shredded lettuce.
Arrange lettuce around the chicken.
