Chicken Salad With Chinese Dressing Recipe Video

Ingredients
| Soya sauce | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Rice wine vinegar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Sugar | To Taste | |
| Ginger powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Precooked chicken breast | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Iceberg lettuce | 1 , thinly shredded | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly shredded | |
| Red onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Fresh cilantro | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon (Toasted) | |
| Orange zest | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) Dressing : In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, ginger powder, salt and sugar to taste; blend thoroughly and set aside.
2) In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, lettuce, carrots and red onion together.
3) Pour over the dressing & toss until thoroughly coated.
SERVING
4) Spoon the chicken salad mixture over a bed of napa cabbage, garnish with cilatro, sesame seeds, orange zest and serve.

Great Salad! I made it but used Blood Orange juice as that is what I had. I used grated fresh ginger and some slivers of Thai chiles. Loved it!
