Ingredients

 Soya sauce3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Orange juice1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Rice wine vinegar1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Sugar To Taste
 Ginger powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Precooked chicken breast1 , thinly sliced
 Iceberg lettuce1 , thinly shredded
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly shredded
 Red onion1 , thinly sliced
 Fresh cilantro3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon (Toasted)
 Orange zest1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Dressing : In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, ginger powder, salt and sugar to taste; blend thoroughly and set aside.
2) In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, lettuce, carrots and red onion together.
3) Pour over the dressing & toss until thoroughly coated.

SERVING
4) Spoon the chicken salad mixture over a bed of napa cabbage, garnish with cilatro, sesame seeds, orange zest and serve.

Great Salad! I made it but used Blood Orange juice as that is what I had. I used grated fresh ginger and some slivers of Thai chiles. Loved it!
