How to make Chinese Chicken Salad
1. Julienne chicken into thin strips.3. Combine the soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, sugar and ginger and whisk to blend.
4. Combine the julienne chicken breast with the lettuce, carrots, red onion and cilantro with the dressing & toss or serve it on the side.
5. Serve chicken salad mixture and garnish with 1 tsp of sesame seeds, cilantro and orange zest.

Great Salad! I made it but used Blood Orange juice as that is what I had. I used grated fresh ginger and some slivers of Thai chiles. Loved it!
