Ingredients

 
Dressing Ingredients :
 
Soy sauce - 3/4 cup
 
Orange juice - 1/2 cup
 
Rice wine vinegar - 1/2 cup
 
Salt - to taste
 
Sugar - to taste
 
Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
 
Precooked chicken breast - 1, thinly sliced
 
Iceberg lettuce - 1, thinly shredded
 
Carrots - 1/2 bowl, thinly shredded
 
Red onion - 1, thinly sliced
 
Garnish Ingredients :
 
Fresh cilantro - 2-3 tablespoons, finely chopped
 
Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
 
Orange zest - 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Dressing : In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, ginger powder, salt and sugar to taste; blend thoroughly and set aside.
2) In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, lettuce, carrots and red onion together.
3) Pour over the dressing & toss until thoroughly coated.

SERVING
4) Spoon the chicken salad mixture over a bed of napa cabbage, garnish with cilatro, sesame seeds, orange zest and serve.

Great Salad! I made it but used Blood Orange juice as that is what I had. I used grated fresh ginger and some slivers of Thai chiles. Loved it!
