CHICKEN 400 GMS
 
OIL TO FRY
 
EGG 01 NO
 
CORNFLOUR TO THICKEN
 
CAPSICIUM 30GMS
 
GINGER 5 GMS
 
GARLIC 5GMS
 
SHREDDED. GREEN CHILLI 10GMS
 
STOCK 300 ML
 
VINEGER 5 ML
 
SUGAR 5 GMS
 
SEASONINGS( Salt, Pepper powder, Aginomoto, ) TO TASTE
 
SPRING ONION TO GARNISH

Directions

Method :
1. Shred the chicken. Marinate with egg, seasonings and cornflour.
2. Deep-fry the marinated chicken.
3. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger, garlic, capsicum and chilli. Add stock.
4. Add the seasonings.
5. When the seasoning is set add the fried chicken.
6. When it comes to boil, thicken with cornflour.
7. Finish off with Spring onion. Remove
8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
