Ingredients

 1 cut up chicken
 Soy sauce1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad oil2 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Ginger1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1 Dash

Directions

Lay chicken in pan.
Combine remaining ingredients for sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken 1 hour before done.
Paint it several times with pastry brush.
