1 cut up chicken
 
1/3 c. soy sauce
 
2 tbsp. salad oil
 
1 tsp. dry mustard
 
1/2 tsp. ginger
 
1/4 tsp. pepper
 
Dash of garlic salt

Directions

Lay chicken in pan.
Combine remaining ingredients for sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken 1 hour before done.
Paint it several times with pastry brush.
