Chinese Wok Fried Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1.1 kg lean minced pork | ||
| 140 g tin water chestnuts, drained | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Button mushrooms | 12 , cut in half | |
| Roughy | 4 Small, chopped | |
| Water | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Oyster sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-salt soy sauce | ||
| Onions spring | 4 , chopped | |
| 2.5 cm cube fresh ginger, finely sliced | ||
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Chop the water chestnuts roughly and add to the pan with the garlic, mushrooms and pak choi.
Add the water and then all the remaining ingredients.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Serve with rice.
