Ingredients

 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 1.1 kg lean minced pork
 140 g tin water chestnuts, drained
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Button mushrooms12 , cut in half
 Roughy4 Small, chopped
 Water4 Tablespoon
 Oyster sauce1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon reduced-salt soy sauce
 Onions spring4 , chopped
 2.5 cm cube fresh ginger, finely sliced

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Chop the water chestnuts roughly and add to the pan with the garlic, mushrooms and pak choi.
Add the water and then all the remaining ingredients.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Serve with rice.
