Chinese Style Tuna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 7-ounce can solid-pack tuna fish | ||
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/3 cup milk, chicken broth, or water | ||
| Chinese noodles | 3 Ounce | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cashew nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), salted | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients, reserving 1 cup of the noodles, and stir gently until well bended.
Spread in a shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake in a moderate oven, 350°, 20 minutes.
Spread the remaining noodles over the top and bake 5 minutes longer.
