Directions

1. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and seasoned salt in a small saucepan; blend in pineapple juice, water, cider vinegar, honey and soy sauce. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens and bubbles 1 minute.
2. Pour over crisp-cooked vegetables in a large skillet; toss to mix well; cover.
3. Simmer 5 to 8 minutes, or just until the vegetables are tender.
