Chinese Sweet And Sour Tuna Recipe

Saute in the butter over high heat for about 5 minutes.
Add 1/3 cup (80 mL) of the pineapple juice (the juice is better than the syrup because it has more piquancy) and the green pepper.
Mix the cornstarch with the remaining 1/3 cup (80 mL) of pineapple juice.
Add to pineapple mixture with the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and bouillon or consomme.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.
Add the tuna, undrained, salt and pepper.
Serve with boiled rice.
