Chinese Style Liver Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup sliced green onion with tops | ||
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound beef liver, cut in | ||
| 1/4-inch strips | ||
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bamboo shoots | 6 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 3-ounce can chopped mushrooms, drained | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
| Soy sauce | ||
Directions
Combine onion, sherry, cornstarch, and ginger; toss with liver.
In skillet quickly cook liver in hot oil.
Add bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
Cook, stirring constantly, till heated through.
Stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Serve over rice.
Pass soy sauce.
