Ingredients

 
1/3 cup Italian Dressing
 
1 tablespoon soy sauce
 
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
 
1 cup sliced mushrooms
 
1 cup sliced zucchini
 
1 (1 1/2-pound) boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
 
4 cups hot cooked buttered rice

Directions

In small bowl, blend Italian dressing, soy sauce and ginger; reserve 2 tablespoons.
In large skillet, heat remaining dressing mixture and cook carrots, covered, over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms and zucchini and cook covered an additional 5 minutes.
Remove vegetables and keep warm.
Add reserved dressing mixture to skillet, then add beef.
Cook uncovered over high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until beef is done.
Return vegetables to skillet and heat through.
