 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 2 outer sticks celery, chopped
 1 medium carrot, cut in thin slices
 Cabbage1/2 Pound, shredded
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Pinch ground ginger or chopped fresh ginger

Directions

MAKING
1) In a covered thick pan, over high heat, cook onion, celery and carrot in oil for 1 minute.
2) Stir in cabbage and seasonings.
3) Fry, covered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
