Chinese Stir Fry Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 2 outer sticks celery, chopped | ||
| 1 medium carrot, cut in thin slices | ||
| Cabbage | 1/2 Pound, shredded | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Pinch ground ginger or chopped fresh ginger | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a covered thick pan, over high heat, cook onion, celery and carrot in oil for 1 minute.
2) Stir in cabbage and seasonings.
3) Fry, covered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
