Chinese Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup diagonally sliced green onion, 1-inch slices
12 ounces fresh spinach, trimmed, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 jar (2 ounces) sliced pimiento, drained
Directions
Heat Oil, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and pepper in large skillet.
Add garlic.
Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 1 minute, or until garlic is light brown.
Add onion.
Stir-fry 1 minute.
Add spinach, water chestnuts and pimiento.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until spinach is tender.
Add garlic.
Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 1 minute, or until garlic is light brown.
Add onion.
Stir-fry 1 minute.
