Chinese Shrimp Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 16 | |
| Raw shrimp | 2 Pound, deveined | |
| 24 fresh snow peas, blanched | ||
| Rice wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place pineapple, shrimp, pea pods, wine and sesame sauce in bowl; marinate 15 minutes.
Alternate ingredients on skewers and place on ovenproof platter.
Mix oil with lime juice; set aside.
Cook skewers 6 to 8 minutes in oven 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Baste occasionally with oil mixture and turn skewers over once.
Season to taste.
