Chinese Scramble Recipe
Chinese Scramble is an amazingly delicious mouth watering side dish recipe. Serve it at your dinner party; I bet you will have a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
6 medium eggs, beaten
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
1/2 cup cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Heat butter or margarine in Radarange oven in shallow 2 quart casserole 45 seconds.
Add eggs and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover; cook in oven 4 minutes, turning dish halfway around 3 times.
Stir egg mixture from outside edge to center.
Cook 1/2 to 1 minute.
Let stand, covered, about 7 to 8 minutes.
