Chinese Sauce Recipe
My passion for Chinese Sauce grew during high school days. The Chinese Sauce is made with Fish which is easy to find at any grocery store. Best enjoyed as a Side Dish this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. It is a Chinese kitchen invention. You don't need to think more. Just prepare this Chinese Sauce now!
Ingredients
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
Directions
Mix all ingredients in the top of a double boiler and cook until thickened. Pour over top of cooked fish and then sprinkle with chopped little green onions.
