1/4 cup soya sauce
 
1/2 cup water
 
1/2 cup vinegar
 
2 tablespoons flour
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
1 teaspoon powdered ginger

Directions

Mix all ingredients in the top of a double boiler and cook until thickened. Pour over top of cooked fish and then sprinkle with chopped little green onions.
