 1/3 cup finely chopped uncooked pork
 1 tablespoon peanut or salad oil
 Water chestnuts1 5 Ounce, drained
 1 7-ounce package frozen Chinese pea pods, thawed
 Monosodium glutamate1 Teaspoon
 Chicken broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon

Directions

In skillet, brown pork in hot oil.
Add next 3 ingredients; then add broth.
Steam, covered, over high heat about 3 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water; push vegetables aside and add cornstarch mixture to broth; cook and stir till slightly thickened.
Add salt to taste.
