Chinese Pork Fried Rice Recipe

| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
Brown in skillet with garlic and onion.
Add rice and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 tea spoon pepper, the mushrooms, and the water.
Bring to boil; cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Beat egg with salt and pepper to taste.
Put in hot greased 8-inch skillet.
Fry until firm, turning once; cut into strips.
Put rice mixture in serving bowl; arrange egg strips on top.
Serve at once with soy sauce.
