Chinese Pork Crepes Recipe

Cut the pork fillets into small cubes.
Mix together the ginger, mustard, brown sugar, salt and soy sauce.
Add the meat and mix thoroughly.
Set aside and allow to marinate for about 45 minutes.
Drain well and saute the meat in the vegetable oil until tender.
Add half the sweet and sour sauce to the pork and mix well.
Fill the crepes with the pork mixture and fold over.
Place in a buttered shallow baking dish.
Mix together the marinade and the remaining sweet and sour sauce.
Pour over the crepes and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 20 minutes.
