Chinese Noodle Tuna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream of mushroom soup - 1 can | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chinese noodles | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Cashew nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), salted | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
MAKING
2 In a bowl, mix soup and water.
3 Add in 1 cup of noodles, tuna, celery and onion.
4 Toss lightly.
5 In an ungreased casserole, put the mixture and top with the remaining noodles.
6 Bake for 20 minutes
SERVING
7 Serve garnished with mandarin orange sections and fresh parsley.
