 Butter60 Gram (macaroni 200 gms:)
 Onion Medium 2 No.
 Tomato1 (macaroni 200 gms:)
 Capsicum1 (macaroni 200 gms:)
 Ginger25 Gram (macaroni 200 gms:)
 Garlic 1 Pod.
 Chilli Sauce 2 Tea spoon
 Soya Sauce 1 Tea spoon
 Tomato Sauce 3 Tea spoon
 Vinegar1 Teaspoon (macaroni 200 gms:)
 Salt To Taste (macaroni 200 gms:)
 Ajenomoto 1 Tea spoon
 Cheese40 Gram (macaroni 200 gms:)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut onion, capsicum, and tomato into thin juliennes.
2. Make a fine paste of garlic and ginger in the food processor or using a mortar and pestle.

MAKING
3. In a saucepan, boil 1 liter water
4. Add macaroni in it and boil for 8 to 10 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Drain water and refresh macaroni under cold water.
6. In a skillet, melt butter.
7. Saute the garlic and ginger paste for 4-5 minutes.
8. Add onion, capsicum and tomato and saute for 5-7 minutes.
9. Tip in boiled macaroni, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar and toss well.
10. Season with ajinomoto and salt.
11. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until well heated.
12. Turn macaroni into a baking dish.
13. Top with grated cheese
14. Place in an over set at 150° C and bake for about 12- 15 minutes until hot and bubbly

SERVING
15. Serve straight out of the dish and enjoy piping hot.
