Ingredients
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup water
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/3 tsp. freshly ground pepper (2 tsps. cornflour, 2 tbsps. cold water) mix together
Directions
Combine lemon juice, water, soya sauce, lemon rind, sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil together in sauce pan.
Place the pan over low heat and bring to the boil, stirring well.
Add the cornflour mixture and stir well.
Bring to the boil once again.
Remove from fire and cool.
