Ingredients

 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Onions2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cooked rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 eggs, lightly stirred
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Roasted peanuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Use any of the following:)
 Green pepper1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Use any of the following:)
 2 c. chopped left-over meat, such as ham or chicken
 1 c. chopped cooked bacon or shrimp

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, add oil and fry onions to golden brown.
2) Add rice and sauté with onions.
3) Add eggs and soy sauce to the rice. Season with salt.
4) Cook the mixture by light stirring until properly done.
5) Keep it warm.

SERVING
6) Serve the fried rice warm with any type of side dish of your choice.
