Chinese Flank Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lbs. lean flank steak | ||
| 2 Tbs. low salt soy sauce | ||
| Honey | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients well.
Pour over flank steak.
Cover and let stand 24 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to cook, remove from marinade and broil outside on your grill or broil in your oven.
