Ingredients

 Fish fillets -3/4 to 1 pound, such as flounder, blue, pollock, haddock
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Powdered ginger1 Teaspoon
 Peanut oil1 1/2 Tablespoon
 White rice vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Turn on broiler.
MAKING
2)Put the garlic through press and mix with ginger, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce.
3)Place fish fillets on foil in shallow pan and brush with basting-sauce mixture.
4)Allow to sit while preparing rest of meal.
SERVING:
5)Broil fish about 5 minutes, basting twice before serving.
TIPS
Fish is done when it flakes easily with fork and is no longer translucent.
