Chinese Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing) | |
| Rice vinegar | 3 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Spice | 1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Napa chinese cabbage | 5 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Salad) | |
| 1 cup daikon, cut into fine julienne | ||
| 1 small carrot, cut into fine julienne | ||
| 1 green onion (including top), cut into 1-inch slivers | ||
| Chinese cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Salad) | |
Directions
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until evenly blended.
Combine the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Pour dressing over salad; toss well.
