Ingredients

 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing)
 Rice vinegar3 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Sesame oil1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Sugar2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Spice1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Napa chinese cabbage5 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Salad)
 1 cup daikon, cut into fine julienne
 1 small carrot, cut into fine julienne
 1 green onion (including top), cut into 1-inch slivers
 Chinese cilantro2 Tablespoon, chopped (Salad)

Directions

Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until evenly blended.
Combine the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Pour dressing over salad; toss well.
