Homemade Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken wings | 1 1/2 Pound, skinned | |
| 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Pineapple juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 1 teaspoon minced pared ginger root | ||
Directions
1. Cut chicken wings at joints and discard tips. Place wings in one layer in 13-by-Pinch baking pan.
2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and 2 tablespoons water. Pour over chicken wings and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain off any marinade that chicken wings have not absorbed. Bake chicken until browned, about 30 to 40 minutes.
