 500 g/1 lb boneless chicken cut into 2 pieces
 2 bell peppers cut into 1 1/2 pieces
 1 onion cut into 1 1/2 pieces
 MARINADE
 Egg white1
 1 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
 Tomato ketchup2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 2 tsp soya sauce
 1 tbsp white or red wine
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Garlic – ginger paste2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Red chillies3 , crushed

Directions

Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry on a kitchen towel mix all ingredients of the marinade in a bowl.
Add chicken and mix well.
Marinate the chicken covered for atleast 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Oil the barbecue plate/rack.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and add the onion and bell peppers.
Mix very well.
Skewer the chicken pieces, alternating with a bell pepper and an onion piece.
Cook the skewers on the lightly oiled barbecue, for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Baste them fequently with oil and keep turning skewers in between till chicken is tender.
Remove from skewers with the help of a thick kitchen napkin.
