Ingredients

 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Root ginger1 Teaspoon, grated
 Garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/4 Teaspoon
 4 chicken breasts, boned pieces
 1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
 Celery3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1/4 cup green onions, slivered and cut in 1-inch pieces
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/2 cup chopped Hawaiian macadamia nuts or cashews
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon, toasted
 Potato chips1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Salad oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4, tsp. celery salt
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Dash coarse pepper

Directions

Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic salt and sugar.
Marinate chicken in mixture at least 1 hour, turning frequently.
Deep fat fry about 3 minutes, drain and cool on absorbent paper.
Cut chicken into slivers.
Toss vegetables in salad bowl and top with nuts, sesame seeds, potato chips and chicken slivers.
Combine salad oil, celery salt, salt and pepper and sprinkle over salad just before serving.
