|Cooked chicken/Turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut up into bite size pieces|
|Celery stalks||2 Medium, chopped to make 1 cup|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain low fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Canned pimientos||2 , drained and slivered|
|Canned pimientos||2 , drained|
|Canned bamboo shoots||10 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)|
|Canned bamboo shoots||10 Ounce, drained, sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
