Ingredients

 Real mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Ground ginger1/2 Teaspoon
 Chicken pieces4 Large, chilled
 1 cup pea pods, sliced lengthwise, blanched
 Shredded carrot1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 Sesame seed1 Tablespoon, toasted
 Lettuce3 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

Mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger in large bowl.
Add chicken, pea pods, carrots, onions and sesame seeds; mix lightly.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce-covered platter.
