Chinese Chicken Noodles With Sesame Sauce Recipe
I got mixed reviews from my family for this Chinese Chicken Noodles With Sesame Sauce but I personally loved it. I never knew sesame sauce would go this well with Chinese noodles until I tried this Chinese Chicken Noodles With Sesame Sauce recipe. You will adore this!
Ingredients
| Chinese noodles | 8 Ounce | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame paste | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon (For frying) | |
| Leeks | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Bamboo shoots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-size strips | ||
| Squash zucchini | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Combine sauce ingredients: stir together the soy sauce, sherry, sesame paste, sesame oil and sesame seeds; set aside.
In wok, heat oil; add leeks, bamboo shoots and chicken pieces.
Stir-fry 3 minutes.
Remove from wok; add more oil if necessary.
Stir-fry zucchini for 2 minutes.
Add chicken mixture and cooked, drained noodles back to wok; pour sauce over all.
Toss mixture to coat with sauce; cover.
Cook 3 minutes or until heated through.
