Chinese Chicken Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 boned and shinned chicken breast, finely sliced | ||
| Spring onions | 1 Bunch (100gm), sliced | |
| Mange-tout | 100 Gram, trimmed | |
| Red chilli | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Dark soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked ham | 75 Gram, chopped | |
| Egg | 250 Gram | |
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan or wok, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the spring onions, mangetout, and chilli, and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and ham.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles.
Drop them into a large saucepan of boiling water, reduce the heat, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Drain well.
