 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon
 1 boned and shinned chicken breast, finely sliced
 Spring onions1 Bunch (100gm), sliced
 Mange-tout100 Gram, trimmed
 Red chilli1 , finely chopped
 Dark soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Cooked ham75 Gram, chopped
 Egg250 Gram
 Coriander2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan or wok, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the spring onions, mangetout, and chilli, and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and ham.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles.
Drop them into a large saucepan of boiling water, reduce the heat, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Drain well.
