Chinese Cabbage Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cider vinegar | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil | ||
| Minced ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 large crisp red apple, diced | ||
| Shredded cabbage | 1 Medium | |
| Green onions | 2 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Golden Raisins | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon, toasted | |
Directions
1. Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and ginger in large bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in apple.
2. Add cabbage, onions, raisins, cilantro and sesame seeds; gently stir until well combined.
