Chinese Cabbage Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 small Chinese cabbages, shredded | ||
| 450 g / 1 lb bean sprouts | ||
| Watercress | 2 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Apple | 1 , sliced | |
| Avocados | 2 | |
| 150 ml / 1/4 pint olive oil | ||
| Wine vinegar | 4 Tablespoon (FOR THE DRESSING) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (FOR THE DRESSING) | |
| French mustard | 1 Teaspoon (FOR THE DRESSING) | |
| Chopped parsley | 2 Tablespoon, mixed (FOR THE DRESSING) | |
Directions
Place the cabbage and bean sprouts in a salad bowl.
Separate the watercress into sprigs; add to the bowl with the apple slices.
Place the dressing ingredients in a screw-topped jar and shake well.
Peel the avocados and slice them into another bowl.
Pour over the dressing to coat.
Add to the remaining salad and toss well before serving.
