Chinese Burritos Recipe
Chinese Burrttos has a grand taste. Chinese Burrttos gets its taste from chicken mixed with mushrooms and tossed with pepper, wrapped in flour tortillas. Chinese Burrttos is inspired by many resturants all over the world.
Ingredients
4 8 inch flour tortillas
2 cups Chicken and Sweet Pepper Stir fry
1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup plum preserves
Directions
Wrap tortillas in foil.
Heat in a 350° oven for 10 minutes to soften.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan stir together the reserved Chicken and Sweet Pepper Stir fry, mushrooms, and plum preserves.
Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or till heated through.
To assemble, spoon one fourth of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Fold in the opposite sides of the tortilla so they overlap.
