| Bamboo shoots | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Mushrooms | 4 | |

| Gingerroot- 2, thin slices, minced | ||
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Combine beef or pork, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, scallions, gingerroot, dry sherry, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ground pepper together
2. Shape into 4 patties

3. Serve with sweet-sour apricot sauce
