Chinese Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hamburger buns | 8 |
Directions
Place ground chuck and onion in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover.
Microwave 2 1/2 minutes; stir.
Cover; microwave 2 1/2 minutes.
Pour off grease and stir in mustard, tomato sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, horse radish and bean sprouts.
Microwave 2 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Microwave 30 seconds.
Spoon on buns.
Microwave 2 1/2 minutes; stir.
Cover; microwave 2 1/2 minutes.
