 Ground chuck1 Pound
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Tomato sauce2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/4 Tablespoon
 Prepared horseradish1 Tablespoon
 Bean sprouts1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hamburger buns8

Directions

Place ground chuck and onion in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover.
Microwave 2 1/2 minutes; stir.
Cover; microwave 2 1/2 minutes.
Pour off grease and stir in mustard, tomato sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, horse radish and bean sprouts.
Microwave 2 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Microwave 30 seconds.
Spoon on buns.
