1.In a mixing bowl combine self-rising flour, sugar, salt, raw milk and vegetable oil. Mix it gently to form a dough.
2. Place dough in zip lock bag and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
3.Spread some oil on vegetable cutting board and pizza cutter.
4.Spread the bread dough on cutting board with your hands.
5.With pizza cutter cut thin even strips of bread dough. Pull it to elongate.
6.Heat some oil in a wok and deep fry the bread sticks on medium high heat until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
7.Serve it for breakfast or as a snack.
You can freeze the dough in a zip lock bag and defrost and use when needed.
