Chinese Beef with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons minced onion or 4 green onions, sliced | ||
| Cooking oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 pounds lean beef, cut into 1/4-inch slivers | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Saute onion in hot oil until soft.
Add beef.
Saute for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Push meat to one side of skillet; stir in soy sauce.
Add mushrooms and saute in pan juices until tender.
Mix with meat.
Cook, covered, over moderate heat for 3 minutes longer.
