Garlic - 8 cloves, chopped
Asparagus - 3 bunches, cut into 15 centimeter pieces
Shiitake mushrooms - 2 trays, quartered
Water
Chicken stock powder - 1.5 teaspoons
Directions
MAKING
1. In a wok heat oil and add garlic and fry.
2. Add asparagus and then mushrooms.
3. Add some water and stir.
4. Lastly add 1.5 teaspoon of chicken stock powder and simmer until veggies are tender.
SERVING
5. Serve hot as a side dish.
