Chimichurri is a great Argentinean marinade or dipping sauce and is mostly used on grilled meats and skirt steaks adding flavor and a little kick. I just had it over grilled fish and it was heaven! Thanks for the recipe :)

I have heard a lot about chimichurri sauce, and the story behind its invention is particularly interesting.. said to be put together by a military officer - Jim Mc'curry, the name is supposed to be passed on but you can see how the spelling and pronunciation has changed! :) nice recipe !

Chimichurri looks a very spicy and yummy dip. I think apart from meats it'll taste good with pasta and breads also.

English peppers are not spicy at all. you use it in your cooking and it gives the dish a special taste. you don't eat it, but take it out once the cooking is over. Enjoy:)
