Chilli Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Red chillies | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Ginger | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Ripe tomatoes | 2 Large, chopped | |
| White vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon pectin freshly ground black pepper | ||
Directions
1.
Combine garlic, chillies, onion and ginger.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.

Stir in tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, pectin and pepper.

Cook for 8-10 minutes on HIGH, stirring during cooking.
4.
Pour into hot sterilised jars.
Seal.
