Chilli Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Red chillies2 , finely chopped
 Onion1 , finely chopped
 Ginger2 Teaspoon, grated
 Ripe tomatoes2 Large, chopped
 White vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon pectin freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1.
Combine garlic, chillies, onion and ginger.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.

Stir in tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, pectin and pepper.
3.
Cook for 8-10 minutes on HIGH, stirring during cooking.
4.
Pour into hot sterilised jars.
Seal.
