Ingredients

 Carrots2
 1/2 small deseeded chilli or a sprinkling of chilli powder
 1/2 pineapple, about 225 g (7 1/2 oz)
 1/2 lime, juice only
 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

Directions

Juice the carrots, chilli and pineapple.
Pour into a tall glass over ice cubes, Squeeze in the lime juice and stir in the chopped coriander leaves to serve.
