Chilli Paneer With Peppers Recipe

| Coriander | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/4 tsp each of ajinomoto | ||
| A few tooth picks | ||
| 1/4 tsp each of salt, pepper, sugar | ||
| 1/4 tsp each of salt, pepper, sugar | ||
Directions
Mix plain flour, cornflour and salt.
Add enough water, about 3 tbsp, to make a batter of a thick pouring consistency, such that it coats the paneer.
Cut paneer into 3/4" cubes.
Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
Keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil.
Fry the green chillies and garlic.
Reduce heat.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and ajinomoto.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar.
Stir.
Add green peppers.
Stir fry for a few seconds.
Add the fried paneer and coriander.
Mix well.
Remove from heat.
