Chilli Paneer With Peppers Recipe

 Corn flour1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Plain flour1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Paneer150 Gram
 Green pepper1 , cut into 3/4 inch pieces
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Tomato ketchup2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Green chilies5 , slit lengthwise
 Garlic flakes5 , crushed
 Coriander1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Ajinomoto1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix plain flour, cornflour and salt.
Add enough water, about 3 tbsp, to make a batter of a thick pouring consistency, such that it coats the paneer.
Cut paneer into 3/4" cubes.
Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
Keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil.
Fry the green chillies and garlic.
Reduce heat.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and ajinomoto.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar.
Stir.
Add green peppers.
Stir fry for a few seconds.
Add the fried paneer and coriander.
Mix well.
Remove from heat.
