Chilli Paneer Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornflour | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Maida | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paneer | 125 Gram | |
| 1 1/2 Tsp soya sauce | ||
| Chilli sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green chillies | 5 | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram, crushed | |
| Coriander | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/4 Tsp each of ajinomoto, sugar | ||
| 1/4 Tsp each of salt, pepper | ||
Directions
1. Cut paneer into 1/2" cubes.
2. Mix cornflour, maida and salt in a bowl. Add enough water to make a batter of thick pouring consistency such that it coats the paneer.
3. Dip each piece of paneer in batter and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry the green chillies and garlic. Reduce heat. Add salt, pepper, sugar and ajinomoto.
5. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
6. Add the fried paneer and coriander. Mix well.
7. Cook for a few seconds till the sauces coat the paneer.
