 Freshly squeezed lemon juice60 Milliliter
 Fresh squeezed lime juice60 Milliliter
 Dill sprigs4 (For Garnish)
 Lime rind1 , cut into strips

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the scallops and prawns with the lemon juice, lime juice, chilli sauce, lime rind, dill and oil, mix well; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
