Chilli Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken 1, cut into small pieces | ||
| Soya Sauce 1/3 cup | ||
| Vinegar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ajinomoto 1 tsp. | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornflour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spring Onions with | ||
| Greens 6, chopped | ||
| Capsicum 1, cut into strips | ||
| Whole Red Chillies 3, chopped | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1)In bowl, marinate the chicken in soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and salt. Let it stand for 2 to 3 hours.
MAKING
3)Heat a karahi, cook the chicken with the marinade till it is done.
4)Pour in oil and stir fry the chicken for a few minutes
5)In a bowl, mix cornflour and water. Pour in to chicken.
6)Let the mixture come to a boil.
7)Season with salt.
8)Put in spring onions, capsicum and red chillies.
9)Let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes and remove from heat.
SERVING
10)Serve hot.
