Ingredients

 Chicken 1, cut into small pieces
 Soya Sauce 1/3 cup
 Vinegar4 Tablespoon
 Ajinomoto 1 tsp.
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Cornflour3 Tablespoon
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spring Onions with
 Greens 6, chopped
 Capsicum 1, cut into strips
 Whole Red Chillies 3, chopped

Directions

GETTING READY
1)In bowl, marinate the chicken in soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and salt. Let it stand for 2 to 3 hours.

MAKING
3)Heat a karahi, cook the chicken with the marinade till it is done.
4)Pour in oil and stir fry the chicken for a few minutes
5)In a bowl, mix cornflour and water. Pour in to chicken.
6)Let the mixture come to a boil.
7)Season with salt.
8)Put in spring onions, capsicum and red chillies.
9)Let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes and remove from heat.

SERVING
10)Serve hot.
