Chilli Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chickens spring | 2 | |
| Wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Cornflour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 10 green chillies, cut finely | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 4 tbsps. soya sauce | ||
| Chicken stock | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tsps. chilli-garlic sauce | ||
| 1 tbsp. cornflour mixed with 3 tbsps. water | ||
| Oil | 8 Tablespoon | |
| Lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
Clean and cut chicken into 1" cubes.
Add 1 tablespoon wine, egg whites and cornflour.
Mix well, and set aside.
Heat 6 tablespoons oil and fry the chicken until light golden colour.
Remove from fire and clean the frying pan.
Heat the rest of the oil and fry the chillies for 2 minutes, stirring well.
Add fried chicken, sugar, wine, stock, garlic, salt and soya sauce.
Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring all the time.
Add chilli-garlic sauce and cornflour mixture.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
Serve with lettuce.
