Chilli Calamari Recipe
The chili calamari is a squid recipe. Prepared with red dry chilies and garlic to taste. Cooked in a oil of choice, the chili calamari is peppy and savory and can be served with pasta or rice.
Ingredients
Squid 2
Dried red chillies 5
Garlic 12 cloves
Olive or vegetable oil 3 tsp
Salt/Pepper as per taste
Directions
Clean wash and cut the squid into circles of about 1/2 cm thick.
Try the garlic and red chillies in hot oil till light brown.
Add squids and saute for about 7 minutes till they turn opaque.
Now add salt and pepper to taste.
